Q: - What are RIDES?
A: - RIDES are a new kind of interactive storytelling that uses all of your personal communication devices to deliver a story. Single RIDES could send you part of the story through online video, phone calls, text messages, email, and social media.
Q: - Are RIDES like a video game or a choose-your-own-adventure story?
A: - Not really. You won't be controlling the decisions that any of the characters make. Rather, RIDES will reach out and contact you using your personal devices, allowing you to experience several different angles of the story.
Q: - If it's calling my phone, do I have to say anything?
A: - No. When you answer your phone, you will hear part of a conversation that a character is having with another character on screen. You will not be required to talk.
Q: - Why do I have to give you my email address and phone number?
A: - By entering your email address and phone number, you will enable RIDES to contact you on those devices, providing you with the Full RIDES Experience.
Q: - How will you use my personal information?
A: - Your information will only be used in conjunction with RIDES. We will not share your information with third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
Q: - Will you retain my information?
A: - If you sign up for an account, we will retain your information for future RIDES. You can change your information or delete your account at any time.
Q: - If I don't want to give you my personal information, can I still experience RIDES?
A: - Yes. If you do not wish to have the Full RIDES Experience, there is a Lite version that routes all of the content to your web browser.
